I'm using the same one I've always used. and I'm not seeing this on any other site..I.E. 7
It started last night about 10:30..do you not see it?

Sorry, I'm not.
I looked on both FireFox & I.E. and even tried typing the words in advance edit and such, but it's looking normal to me.

Now I do have Java development software, not just standard viewing software, so maybe the bug is something along those lines.

Oh Lord, it just got worse!! When I refreshed, the whole thing was moved over ..I'm not as concerned about the spacing as I am the links and icons!

I'd try restarting your system.
(Do you normally restart it every day ? )

look at a forum, and at who is there. Do you not see the icons that are located next to the mod's and admin's are moved over on top of the other names? The ones next to them? And on the main page, the icons there, they are all moved over about 10spaces at times..
Look at the bug report that Adrian asked me to do, and I have a screen print of what I see. Not the first one, but the second image. Someone is definitely messing with it. It's changing ..

Hi Tamlis,
I'm not here to answer your question about giving Members permissions to edit Visitor Messages, but should you need to have something edited, please pm a Staff member and we'll handle it for you ASAP until a decision is made. I'm usually online at CF most of the day and night, so I can get it to pretty quickly :) This is just for any messages YOU post--- messages posted by other members will have to be reported and Support Staff will handle them.

Secondly, there is a difference *technically* between Visitor Messages and Guestbook.

Visitor messages are what you see as soon as you load up a person's profile--- they're a *new* feature of our profiles.

But we can still post in our Guestbook's and access others. If you go to a profile, under the member name and title you'll see a little tab called "Guestbook". That's where our *old* Guestbook is located. And yes you can still use the Guestbook feature :) I believe Visitor messages is a faster feature to use, but both are still functional at this time.

I hope this helps some and clarifies for you the two different features of "Visitor Mesages" and "Guestbook".

Take care!

Thanks Angeldove for the info. I didn't notice that because I use Visitor Messages now.

Anyway, I knew one of the staff could probably delete it for me, but is it too much of a headache to be able to make it where you could delete it yourself ?(I know on old CF I had the same issue with the Guestbook)

Re Visitor Messages.
Nice that we can delete them (though I doubt I'll ever use it other than the test I just did :) )

But....

When deleting a posting, we see the soft delete box, and reason for deletion.
It states that it will PM the reason to the poster, but when I just tested it with a sock, the sock never got the PM that there posting was deleted.

What did you delete? How did you delete?

A Visitor Message on my page put there by my sock :)
(I put a Visitor message on your page, so you can delete it if you want)
Just check the box to the right of the message, and on the bottom of the page there is an option to then delete the checked post / posts
