Good news!! Today (well, Tuesday, might not be today there yet) a new release of the Serenity DVD is coming out - a special collectors edition that includes so much extra stuff it's a 2 disk edition AND a commentary with Joss, Nathan Fillion (Mal), Summer Glau (River), Adam Baldwin (Jayne) and Ron Glass (Book)

the best part is that Joss Whedon has said (and he did really say it I'll try and find the interview) that if this sells well it's our best chance at having ANOTHER MOVIE

so.... make sure yoiu go get a copy for yourself, and one for your friends - csause we we can DO this!

There's a bunch of places you can buy them - online or in stores - Best Buy? has an offer where you get a free comic book with the disks - but only for the first 8 per store

I have seen the movie and a few episodes. Both were good. Now I just have to get the whole series so I can have a Firefly marathon. Just waiting for the HD!

oooh you haven't seen it all?? you ARE in for a treat! The DVD set is often on sale so if the reason you don't have it yet is cost - keep your eyes open - there have been some great deals around!

Or... you could just watch it on Sci-Fi HD... if you can get that, down here in oz we can't - but i have the DVDs so it's ok!

Just wanted to say that Alan Tudyk has once again stated that "in his own personal opinion" there WILL be another Firefly movie - how awesome is that - he's not saying there WILL be one, just that he thinks there will, which I think is good reason for us to keep on hoping against hope that we'll get more of the 'verse. www.serenity2.net

The best we can all do to try and get another movie is to spend money - buy one or more copies of the Collectors Edition DVD, and spend on official merchandise - the more money Universal makes the more chance we have of another movie IMHO..... here's some of QMX's stuff which is officially licenced which is very cool - their stuff is great quality.
