Kristy Anne, I'd agree on a lot of these. Some pretty good ones. I definitely like guys who have a willingness to consider other viewpoints, in CHristian circles this can be hard to find. I don't mean open to anything though, that's maybe universalist or one with God type thought, that's too out there for me, not attractive at all.
Kristy,I'm so glad your out of that situation also. I call these people "boxers". Everyone fits into a neat little box.I agree with the last part you said, too, I didn't mean open to anything either, not like an anything goes attitude, but realising that everyone is different, and just because someone does something differently to you, it doesn't make it wrong.
For example, my ex (the guy I have pretty much based my turn offs on), our daughter, and I were eating porridge. He likes his really runny, with brown sugar. I like mine moderately runny with raw sugar. I made our daughter's porridge the same way, simply because I was making mine at the same time, it was easier. He completely went off at me, something like "I've lived all around Australia, and never seen anyone else eat porridge the same way you do, you're the only one who eats it like that, this is the proper way to eat it, now our daughter will grow up being a raw-sugared porridge eating freak!" and on and on (can you see why I don't like drama queens? ). Seriously, it's porridge, I could care less how she eats it, people can eat however they darn well please, and it doesn't bother me, get over it already! He was like that with everything, his way was the only way.
I'm so glad I'm out of that situation now.
Turn On: A person who has a strong relationship with our LordAnd I do not mean the physical, but the inner self.
What turns you on and off about someone, based on their inner selves and personality?
ex) Love For God(Turn On)
a complete liar (Turn Off)
What are your Turn On's and turn Off's?![]()
biggest turn offs are arrogant and disrespectful women, it does not matter how attractive they are, if there's any arrogance or disrespect, that is the worst, I can't respect them.
Why is that weird? This is weird but...
Turn on: Confidence
Turn off: Arrogance
And I know we said nothing physical but I think a smile can say a million things. A guy with a great, pure, open smile really piques my interest.
Turn on - being aggressive
Turn off - shy guys
