I'm sorry, not that poll. I voted in a poll that asked this question about changing the name and when I voted there had already been several hundred people who had placed their vote.

Whatever happend to that poll? When I voted, keeping the name CF was by in large the majority vote.

that was the option 1 and option 2 poll..which now seems to have disappeared...it ended with like 54 to 46% in favor of keeping the name

which is why erwin should allow us to see his posts..when we hit "find all posts" ...so many of us miss so many of his posts..they are all over in different threads..he is the owner..we should all see ALL of his posts and be informed

if you would open yours eyes you would see there is some uniting going on now before your very eyes. Christians across the board are rising up and fighting for one cause. Is that not called uniting???

I have spent so much time on here, i have helped so many, and not even mentioning the donations!

and I know SUN works hard here for others to feel welcome, so he has every right to shout and be heard

oh..i agree with ya..and please dont lump us ALL into one category..i agree with the vision of uniting all christians..i have no problems with non-christians posting on all of CF. i agree with the majority of the 7-7- changes..the wikis kinda suck though..lol..among other problems..and the new name is stupid..JMHO

it's no pipe dream , all Christians are one , they may not realise it , they may have opinions that differ , but in essence , one faith one lord one baptism.

scripture calls Christians to strive to maintain , not obtain this unity in Christ.

For me the moved threads are all still listed in the announcements section and when I click on them, I am taken to where they have been moved to.

As a Site Supporter of a Christian website, I have to say I am extremely disappointed that the name of Christ has been removed. Scripture says "whoever is ashamed of Me, I shall be ashamed of them to my Father".. (paraphrasing mine) This is how I feel right now. Unless I can see something from Erwin to put the name of Christ back, and have this site centered around HIM, I will continue to feel this way. While the new vision may be great, and I was for it, I did not think it would entail putting the name of my Lord and Savior in small letters.

Think about how the uniting is happening?
You are all complaining of the name change.

Real unity there. It is that whole the enemy of our enemy is our friend. That never lasts.

We need to start seeing everyone as people not as our group and their group. Then we can start strides to unity. Not just crying about some common enemy (name change).
