Is Mary a source of Holiness?

well, I'll take your word for it but if this is not rage then what would you call it?

Are you angry? Upset? I know you are just as aggravated with all this as I am.. is there anything we can do to make amends here? You don't want prayer so all i can do is offer you an apology if I have upset you.

There is no "time" in eternity, that's why it's called eternity.

"time" means the here and now, this world... until his second coming.

so obviously the word 'till' signifies the limit of the appointed time but does not exclude the time thereafter.. or Christ would never have used that word.

we use this all the time in our speech too...

I am not being hostile. NOT like some of the stuff I have seen you post. Time has alot to do with eternity. SO, i still stand by my post. You seem pretty hostile friend too..so maybe you want to chill a bit too ok?

Veronica..feel free to pray for me..but not about this Mary stuff like I am being deceived. I am fully aware of my beliefs, and if the Lord thinks I am wrong, I am sure He will convict me.

I am not angry. I have no reason to be. I am quite confidant in my walk with the Lord and my convictions...I am ok with how I see Mary. How to make ammends?? HM..well..maybe stop shoving ideas down everyones throats and telling us we aren't....um...what word am I looking for...just cause we don't 'honor' to use your term Mary like you do, that we are somehow less than you.

Eternity is the complete and nonending progression of time.

oh lord... now Jesus didn't mean he will be with us until he comes again?

You don't think Jesus was specifically meaning he will be with us, His church until he comes again in glory?

Okay fine- how about this, I will be with my kids until they go to school- does that mean I will never be with them again?

No, he couldn't..he was an old man just there to watch out for Mary. Come on, you should know this. They weren't married...just 'betrothed'...IF Jospeh had other kids from some previous marriage..I wonder why they didn't go to the census with him and help him and Mary along. I mean, come on...honor the mother/father thing. She is 9 months pregnant, making a grueling trip...and his kids didn't respect her enough to go and help the 'old' man out and Mary? Just does NOT make sense. Any depiction I have seen of Joseph, he was young...I do say this tongue in cheek. Some of this stuff is just so ridiculous.

What I mean is, Eternity is not lack of time.

Eternity is the fullness of time. The unending, unbroken span of time.

AS the hymn goes... when we've been there 10,000 years, bright shining as the sun, we've no less time until the end than when we first begun. (sic)

I don't think have done that- but if you feel like we have I apologize for giving you that impression.

But i do want to remind you- I'm not the one who opened the thread trying to make Catholic practices look bad.

I'm just trying to defend the Catholic faith, we don't worship Mary and that's about all I can say at this point.

If you think I'm shoving that idea down your throat then I apologise but I don't think correcting a false impression of Catholicism is shoving ideas own ppl's throats.

Hired was the wrong word. Yes, I was being a bit funny about this! I have seen it posted though..that Jospeh was older, had other kids from a previous marriage and all that. Weird I know. i would think that if he did have other kids, and he was old, they would of helped him out on the trip! Just a thought.
