CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Hello Everyone! 
I was invited here by a friend from another site that is WAY different than this. I suppose it will take me a while to figure it all out and settle in, but every journey begins with just one step, right?

hello, my name is andrew i have been a christian for 12 years but not realy walking in the way i should for the past 7 years. now i'm a dad with a 3year old and 13month old i am and my wife have been going to church to set our babys on the right path i just dont know about this g12 thing i went 2 times and it just feels weird , the want me and my wife to do an encounter weekend where you get too meet jesus face to face does this sound like a church or something eles ...... andrew
