CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I usually show up a little bit everyday. Not always on the weekends though. I have to share with my kids then and I tend to lose.

On the rare occassions I am home early enough I do try to catch American Idol and Dancing with the Stars. But I don't care for the other reality shows like Big Brother, or whats the one when they would get dumped on an island. I was sad the last two nights I could have watched American Idol and forgot all about it. I try to catch the first few episodes, it's funny with the goofy people that show up. I usually feel sorry for the ones that really believe they can sing, and they can't.

Turning 40 wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. The Earth didn't stop, I didn't suddenly turn grey or anything like that. lol So I just keep chasing my kids around and working with my hubby.

I am a morning person, as long as it's after 7:00am. I enjoy late nights but I hate the morning. I have to have all my 8 hrs of sleep.
Yea, when I was younger late nights were great, and I didnt need 8 hrs, 4 or 5 was good.
