As for us - we are in the middle of househunting, getting preapproval for a loan and all of that.

Please pray for us to make wise decisions, and also that we will be able to get the money together for the mortgage insurance.

It was a lot higher than we expected, and will be the only barrier between us getting a homeloan and not.

It sux that it has to be something that isn't 'for' us that has to be the hardest thing to manage... :?

Update on us...

We have been approved 'on our side' for the homeloan - they did the valuation today, so we should get the official approval either tomorrow, or no later than next Tuesday.

The building and pest inspection were done today - we are still waiting for the report, so please pray this was done with no hassles.

Oh yeah - guess I should mention that we've also put an offer on a house (obviously) and had it accepted!

All very exciting over here - lots of packing to get done now!

Wedding went very well. service was lovely and Andy actually looked smart. mel looked lovely in her dress. The lord was good with the weather sunshine all day. (not as they forcast at all) A good day was had by all. The reseption was very good lovely food especialy the Chocolate hanky panky pie. (yes i did say hanky panky pie) gorgeous. The speaches were enjoyed too. lots of laughs. CONGRATULATIONS ANDY AND MEL. Have a long and God blessed Life together. Nice to meet you tracey.

I feel right now. I cant' do it. Sure, I have taken one or two classes, here and there, at community college, but this year I am taking four classes.

I would like to get a bachelors in social work, but lately I am so stressed, I don't feel smart enough to do that work load, I am smoking cigarets here and there and am tempted to get a beer...
