Some of us will see a straight and narrow path. Others will see a long and winding road.
But we will all eventually hit the proverbial "fork in the road". Every single day we are faced with choices.
My sincere prayer for you today is that you take the right road.
We can't always see what is around every corner and must walk by faith and not by sight. It is in these times that the Spirit of God has given us our intuition. He puts it into each of us to protect us from making poor choices. We are told to "listen to your gut instinct". That is indeed very wise advice.
It is this instinct that tells us right from wrong. We don't always listen and we end up on an unpaved bumpy cow path.
The signs aren't always clear or are hidden behind branches of trees so we are forced to slow down and check every corner before we proceed to where we are going. If the sign says, "Dead End", that means don't go there. Most decisions to sin are headed right down that road.
