Our happiness in this world is anchored on our readiness to fear the living God. The fear of the Lord makes us to shrink from doing evil and helps us to do what is right even if it unpopular. Our decision to serve the living God must always compel us, by His grace, to avoid at all cost those things that displeases Him.
Our entire lives must be in reference to God. We do not only do this with our mouths, but also with our lives. We must seek to bring glory to His Holy Name, all the times.
In order to be truly happy in this life, everything we do must be as services unto the Lord. Everything we engage in day by day, must be in the mood of worshipping God. Everything must be done in honour of God.
Woe and confusion awaits anyone who does not walk in God's way and disobey His command. True blessing and joy depend on walking in His ways and obeying His commandments.
ACTION PLAN: Let us turn away from all forms of disobedience.
PRAYER: Father, let your fear come upon me. Grant me grace to obey You always.
