The Game of Seduction by the Enemy

"He will flatter and win over those who have violated the covenant. But the people who know their God will be strong and will resist him." (Daniel 11:32 NLT
)

Since the garden of Eden, the devil seek to flatter in order to own the unsuspecting believer in God. He achieves this by the crafted art of seduction. Seduction could come in any of these forms:
1. Pressure from Needs of Life: Herod in the case of John had a need of self pleasure and affirmation, Herodias' daughter met that need and John the Baptist's head was the outcome. The devil will use your secret desires to seduce you and lure you into sin. He is not arbitrary in his temptations, he temps every man with his secret unholy desires. Some of these desires may not appear sinful on the surface. (James 1:13-15).
2. Mouth-watery Offers and Gifts: The enemy will present to you an offer you will find difficult to reject. The enemy also know how to give in order to take something important from you. You must be careful how you enjoy freebies. They could be intended to lure you away from faith in Christ. For instance, a scholarship in a country that requires you not to mention Christ in any conversation with the indigenes. It could be mouth-watery but at the same time intended to remove Jesus from your life, beware!
3. Praise-singing: Sometimes, when the enemy has done all he could and nothing seems to work, he comes to shower unwarranted praises on your efforts for the kingdom. This is intended to rear up pride in you and cause God to turn His back on you. Beware of sychophants around your destiny, they could be agents of the enemy with the intention to dig a grave for your destiny and purpose in life.
4. Offer Himself for Services That Are Dear to You: Another weapon of seduction in the hands of the enemy is to offer himself to assist with a cause that is dear to you. He does this to gain your trust and later betray you and the cause you stand for.
5. He boot-lick: The enemy can sometimes boot-lick and agree to carry out all form of servile work for you. This is to seduce you and lure you to sleep. He will later betray you by revealing your secrets to your competition.
6. He Makes Every Effort to Hide His Flaws: The enemy parades himself as having it all in place. He makes every effort to hide his flaws and quitely magnify his importance. He never talks about his struggles and his need for guidance.
7. He Has a Game Plan: It is important for you to know that the enemy has a game plan. This is being released verse by verse in order to capture your heart. When you play ignorantly along with his game plan, you will soon be captured. When a Christian sister begin to accept pecks and hugs from any man that is not her legal husband, she is playing along in a dangerous game. Seduction is a dangerous game by the enemy to capture your soul and keep it eternally doomed in hell fire.
