Dear Heavenly Father, I bind and rebuke all evil things and the devil's works away from the Body of Christ, and I claim peace of mind, heart, body, and soul, and healings for all who need them, Isaiah 53:5, But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquity, the chastisement of our peace was upon him, and with his stripes we are healed, In Jesus Name, I pray Amen.
I was listening to Klove today, and one of the people said Today was Make a Difference Monday, And I started thinking. And the radio came on again, and the man said I can make a difference by just telling my testimony of what God has done for me in my life.
So here's my testimony.
When I was four years old, I died in a house fire, my heart literally stopped beating due to smoke inhalation from the fire. Thankfully God placed a bean bag and somehow I got under it, and my foot was poking out, so the local firefighters came, and a good man named Herman Hutchingson came to save my life. They did adult CPR after normal CPR did not work, and here's the thing. When I was dead, I went to heaven, and saw God, I don't remember much of it because I was four and my mind did not keep those memories. But I know that I told my family all about it, according to them I saw God, and I saw the Garden of Eden, and other things.
So I basically grew up in church, but after a while I slipped away and grew apart from God. And after I graduated High School, the Holy Spirit Pricked my heart, and I started coming back to church, the same church I grew up in, but I was still a hypocrite for months, I sinned and did what I wanted to do back then, I never truly changed my ways, until months later, when I learned more about God, and what he was capable of, and that Jesus loves me. Though I was a hypocrite, I still never missed a day of church except once, because I needed my medicine straightened out, but I was mentally sick then so that's the only reason.
Two years later, I've been training to be a preacher at my church, my church has the legal authority to license preachers so I know God placed me there for a reason. There was another person on CF who told me he had the same dream, to be a preacher, And God has been giving me visions and dreams and satan has been fighting me a lot.
So here I am now, On CF. I came from a fire through hypocrisy to be a preacher in training. And I asked God for something and he said he would give it to me on my twenty first birthday. So all that's left to do is be patient and obedient and follow Christ.
That's the basics of my life so far, and that's my testimony.
I end in prayer with John 3:16, For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life, In Jesus Name I pray, Amen.
