Where does our self-esteem and self-worth come from? Do we look for it in our jobs? In our families? What happens if our job or family was taken away from us? Where would our self-worth be then?
I know I ask a lot of questions, but some of us struggle with caring about us and believing we are worth something. But Christ is where our identity is. We are children of His. We are made in His image and even if we lost everything, our value would be in Him, rather than in things we can lose.
