Pathway Into Your Destiny

"For we are God's [own] handiwork (His workmanship), recreated in Christ Jesus, [born anew] that we may do those good works which God predestined (planned beforehand) for us [taking paths which He prepared ahead of time], that we should walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us to live]."(Ephesians 2:10 AMPC)

We are God's own masterpieces! This is true for everyone on the surface of the earth. We are His creation! He brought everything in this life into existence. He is the Maker of all. Unfortunately, the devil corrupted and manipulated the free will given to man by God, he deceived man to be his own god. Man lost everything including his prestigious relationship with God. When the fullness of time came, God, in His infinite mercy, sent Jesus to die for our sins on the Cross. This recreation has the capacity to set us free from the power of sin, self, Satan and the world system.
The next good news is that God has not recreated us in Christ Jesus unto nothingness. He recreated us to carry out those good works He had planned out for us. There is a purpose in His mind for creating you. You have to accept the finished work of Christ on the Cross in order to access your purpose in life. You may have been engaging yourself in many things that appear 'profitable', but you need to realise that you will be accountable for not living your life according to God's purpose while on earth. It will be a fearful thing on the day of judgement that you wasted God's resources by living contrary to His plan and purpose.
God has created paths/pathways for us to tread into our destinies. When we walk with Him day to day in fellowship, He will take us through the paths and bring us into His purpose. There is a good life God has prearranged for you, my friend. Stop competing with people, stop comparing yourself with people, rather maintain your walk with God and He will lead you on the path of everlasting into your destiny.

ACTION PLAN: Reflect on how you have been living your life. Are you walking with God in close fellowship? Are you on the path He created for you?

PRAYER: Father, this day I cease to walk on my own way, I choose to follow the path You created for me.
