Message Of The Blood 2: Cleansing Power In The Blood

What can wash away our sins nothing but the blood of Jesus....’

These are the opening words of one of the most sang hymn in the Christendom today. Even millions outside of the faith can reckon with this song! It talks of the cleansing power of the blood without which we have no standing with God!

It is the greatest mystery and that is the power of the blood! The blood is red but still washes white! Revelation 7:14 says, "These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb". The red blood cleanses white! Hallelujah! The natural blood will bring stain but His blood makes clean (Ephesians 1:7, Colossians 1:14, 1 John 1:7)

‘In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace’ (Ephesians 1:7)

‘But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin’ (1 John 1:7)

Clean means you are without guilt and condemnation! It means your sin and shame don't count no more! The blood washed them away so you can come boldly before God and exercise the right of your sonship!

Condemnation in the heart kills your spiritual confidence and without spiritual confidence(boldness) there is no spiritual reward! (Hebrews 10:35).

‘Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompense of reward’

The blood washes you clean so you can have confidence to approach God and claim your inheritance in Him! Tell every accusing voice now "'I have been washed clean!”

‘Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need’ (Hebrews 4:16)

The red blood washes white so we may have the confidence to come before the throne and enjoy our rights as kingdom citizens. Selah.
