"This is what David meant when he spoke of the happiness of the person whom God accepts as righteous, apart from anything that person does: “Happy are those whose wrongs are forgiven, whose sins are pardoned! Happy is the person whose sins the Lord will not keep account of!” (Romans 4:6-8 GNB)
God accepts me as righteous through the blood of the Lamb. This is irrespective of what I do and it does not mean that I now have the liberty to misbehave. My standing before God is never going to based on my good works again, but because Jesus died and rose again for my sins.
"Therefore, brethren, since we have full freedom and confidence to enter into the [Holy of] Holies [by the power and virtue] in the blood of Jesus," (Hebrews 10:19 AMPC)
I have full freedom and boldness to enter into the Holy of Holies by trusting and relying on the power and virtue in the blood of Jesus. I can approach the throne of grace with complete confidence because His blood was shed for me. The same blood keeps me in right standing with God. I am blameless before Him.
Every of my sins of the past have been forgiven because of faith in Jesus. There are no records of sins in heaven anymore. My slates are wiped clean and refreshed. God will not keep account of my sins. He pardoned and set me apart for Himself. Hallelujah!
"How much more surely shall the blood of Christ, Who by virtue of [His] eternal Spirit [His own preexistent divine personality] has offered Himself as an unblemished sacrifice to God, purify our consciences from dead works and lifeless observances to serve the [ever] living God?" (Hebrews 9:14 AMPC)
The blood of Jesus also purified my conscience from dead works and guilt of sin. I am now a brand new person on the inside (2 Corinthians 5:17). I no longer obey Satan, sin, self and world system. They lost their hold upon my life forever. Amen.
ACTION PLAN: I will keep the reality of my newness of life before me, by the grace of God.
PRAYER: Holy Spirit help me not to frustrate the grace of God upon my life. Help me to put the right value on it.
