Like a statue carved in stone, our God never changes. This is in stark contrast to the world we live in where change is inevitable. Seasons change, friendships change, circumstances change; what we thought was certain often changes into something completely different. Praise God for providing us with his Word which stands forever.
“The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God stands forever.” Isaiah 40:8 (NASB)
The never-ending love of Our God is securely held in the hearts of those who return that love with devotion to his teaching.
“The lovingkindness of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear Him, and His righteousness to children’s children, to those who keep His covenant and remember His precepts to do them.” Psalm 103:17-18 (NASB)
Since before time began, the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit have filled this universe with their presence. Through the shed blood of Jesus Christ, we have been granted salvation from the death penalty resulting from our sinful nature. Praise God the Father for sending His Son to provide for us eternal life and empower our lives with His Holy Spirit. That promise is carved in stone.
“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.” Hebrews 13:8 (NASB)
Our savior Jesus Christ was here at the beginning and he will be here at the end. Everything promised will be delivered. Nothing found in the Word of God will be changed. Our eternal future with Him is carved in stone.
“I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end.” Revelation 22:13 (NASB)
