Matt 3:11 I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire:

1 Cor 12:13 For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.
(MY NOTE: Translators capitalized Spirit to identify when referring the Holy Spirit. Only Christ can baptise with the indwelling Holy Spirit.)
Col 2:11 In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision """made without hands""", in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ:
(MY NOTE: The baptism of the Holy Spirit is a SPIRITUAL circumcision/covenant done without hands & without water)
Deut 30:6 (A) the Lord thy God will circumcise thine heart,
Rom 2:29 But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.
(MY NOTE: Circumcision of the heart, administered via the Holy Spirit, NOT physically via Mosaic law)
Colossians is written to believers:
Col 1:2 To the saints and faithful brethren in Christ which are at Colossi
Col 2:
6 As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him:
(MY NOTE: They had already believed/received Christ)
7 Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.
(MY NOTE: They were established/grounded in the faith)
8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.
(MY NOTE: Beware of worldly/deceitful traditions of men)
9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.
(MY NOTE: For in Christ dwells all the Spiritual fulness of the Godhead = Father, Son, Holy Spirit)
10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:
(MY NOTE: You are a completed/perfect/finished spiritual product, transformed by Christ's Baptism via His Indwelling Holy Spirit)
11 In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ:
(MY NOTE: Believers have been Spiritually circumcised by Christ via the Indwelling Holy Spirit. Physical circumcision depicts a cutting off of that which was superfluous. The believer has also had something cut off, which is no longer necessary, the old Adamic nature.)
12 Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.
(MY NOTE: Not water baptism, READ the CONTEXT. Buried/immersed by spiritual baptism & raised/QUICKENED/made alive spiritually!)
13 And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;
(MY NOTE: You once were dead in sin & uncircumcision of your flesh. Christ has now quickened/made you Spiritually Alive via the Baptism - Spiritual immersion/indwelling of the Holy Ghost)
