(Re: Some people say that aliens created humans)
The existence of aliens would not require that they, instead of YHWH God, created humans on the earth. For YHWH God Himself could have directly created both humans on the earth and aliens on other planets (cf. John 1:3). Also, if someone were to claim that aliens created Adam (the forbear of all presently-existing humans on the earth) instead of YHWH God creating Adam, that claim would be false. For it would contradict the Bible's teaching that YHWH God Himself created Adam (Genesis 2:7).
Some people feel that the future Antichrist's one-world religion will teach that Lucifer (Satan, the dragon) is an alien who created humans on the earth. But while the Antichrist's religion will indeed be Luciferian (Revelation 13:4, Revelation 12:9), it will at the same time also be Gnostic, denying that Christ is in the flesh (1 John 4:3; 2 John 1:7), and utterly reviling YHWH (Revelation 13:6, Daniel 11:31). And it would not make sense for this religion to say that Lucifer is an alien who created humans on the planet earth. For the reason that Gnosticism reviles YHWH is because He is the Creator of all human fleshly bodies. So it would be better for Christians not to worry too much about an "alien deception" per se, and start arming themselves against the Gnostic deception, which was also one of the main enemies of the early Church.
Of course, there could also be some blending of deceptions, in that some rebellious, YHWH-created aliens could visit the earth to restore Gnosticism.

(Re: Can the Bible mix with fantasy, anything which man can imagine?)
Note that it has not been proven that the existence of aliens per se is only a fantasy, and cannot also be possible in fact. Just as men going to the moon was once only a fantasy, but this did not make going to the moon impossible, so no fantasy can make the existence of aliens impossible. Also, Biblical truth cannot mix with anything which man can imagine. For if something imagined by man contradicts anything in the Bible, then the imagined thing cannot be true. For everything in the Bible is true (2 Timothy 3:16). But the idea of aliens per se does not contradict anything in the Bible.
~
(Re: But if aliens existed, would not we have detected intelligent, radio-frequency emissions from their planets?)
Not necessarily, for at least three reasons:
First, even old alien civilizations could have never gone the way of electronic technology, and so never produced radio-frequency noise. Instead, they could have continued on indefinitely as pastoral civilizations, like how humanity on this planet was pastoral for thousands of years before producing electronic technology only relatively recently.
Second, if some alien civilizations did go the way of electronic technology, they could have adopted (what science fiction calls) the "Prime Directive". That is, they could have purposely bypassed radio-frequency technology and gone right to copper-cable and fiber-optic communications, thereby not emitting any radio-frequency influence on less-developed civilizations on other planets, so that these civilizations could develop in their own, unique ways.
Third, if some other alien civilizations did embrace radio-frequency technology, their signals would have had no effect on humanity on this planet until it was able to detect radio-frequency signals, which is only relatively-recently in relation to the history of mankind. And God could miraculously block those signals now from reaching the earth by simply moving far-off asteroids around so that they are always right between the other planets and the earth. He could do this for the same reason that He allowed the civilized peoples of the earth's Western Hemisphere (e.g. the American Indians, Aztecs, Mayans) to be unaware of the civilized peoples of the earth's Eastern Hemisphere (e.g. the Greeks, Romans, Indians, Chinese), and vice versa, for thousands of years, until the Europeans finally reached the Western Hemisphere in ships in the fifteenth century AD.
The peoples of the Western Hemisphere thought that the arriving Europeans were "gods" come to visit them from heaven, when in fact they were only greedy fellow-humans who came to pillage, rape, and enslave. But God could have nonetheless allowed the Europeans to colonize the Western Hemisphere to bring the saving teachings of the Christian Gospel to the people there, and to deliver them from their unsaving, and sometimes quite gruesome, religions, such as the Aztecs' cutting of living captives' hearts out of their bodies to offer up still-beating to their Aztec gods.
Similarly, if any aliens were to visit the earth today, people from polytheistic religions (e.g. Hinduism) could see them as "gods' come to visit from heaven, whereas people of monotheistic religions could see the aliens as "angels", or "demons", when in fact they could simply be greedy, physical creatures (like us), who have come to pillage, rape, and enslave. Or, God could prevent any such aliens from ever colonizing the earth, as they could bring no higher religious teaching than the Biblical Gospel which is already here (cf. Galatians 1:8-9). Or, God could allow such an alien invasion to occur to punish humanity for its unrepentant sins, like how, for example, God allowed the pagan Assyrians in the eighth century BC to pillage, rape, and enslave the northern kingdom of Israel (Samaria), because of its unrepentant sins.
Regarding aliens coming in our future and actually raping or having consensual sex with humans, this is a claim made with full assurance by some non-Christian futurists. Also, it is sick that a movie not long ago, and which even won top Academy Awards, was about a woman having consensual sex with an alien. And afterward, sex toys were developed and sold-out which purported to allow fans of the movie to experience the same pleasure which she experienced. This is how far we have fallen. And this is how far humanity has been prepared to welcome an alien invasion, if one should ever occur. Also, there could be female aliens who are very enticing sexually to male humans, and to lesbian humans.
Or, God could only allow Satan (the dragon) and his fallen angels to descend to the earth (Revelation 12:9, Revelation 12:12b) to enslave sinful mankind during the literal 3.5-year worldwide reign of the future Antichrist (the individual-man aspect of Revelation's "beast") (Revelation 13:4-18), right before Jesus Christ returns from heaven to defeat them completely (Revelation 19:7 to 20:3), and to set up His own, Millennial kingdom on the earth with the physically resurrected Church (Revelation 20:4-6, Revelation 5:10, Revelation 2:26-29).
~
(Re: When Satan and his fallen angels come down to the earth in Revelation 12:9,12b, will they not only enslave humans, but also rape them?)
Possibly. They could also have consensual sex with humans. For Genesis 6 shows that about 4,500 years ago, some fallen angels had consensual sex with human women, who then gave birth to human/angel hybrid children who grew up to be mighty giants. It is probably no coincidence that shortly after that, God killed everyone on the earth (except for eight people) in Noah's Flood (Genesis 6). Also, there could be female fallen angels (compare Zechariah 5:7-11) and demons who will come to the earth in the future who will be very enticing sexually to male humans (compare the idea of the succubus), and to lesbian humans.
If such a sinful mixing of fallen angels and humans occurs during the future Tribulation of Revelation chapters 6 to 18 and Matthew 24, it will be even more reason for God to bring His wrath upon the unrepentant world at Jesus Christ's future, Second Coming (Revelation 19:11-21), which will occur immediately after the Tribulation (Matthew 24:29-30).

(Re: Regarding aliens, what about claimed sightings today of alien *orbs? Are not they just photographic artifacts, like dust on the lens?)
Probably so, most of the time. Or they could be small, flying insects which have reflected the light of a camera flash or another bright light.
But I know someone who once saw an orb with her own eyes, about forty years ago. She said that a ball of light hovered at the far edge of her backyard, at night. She saw it outside her open bathroom window. It was about the size of a beach ball, and glowed with white light. But she did not get a good feeling from it, such as it being a sign from God, or a good angel. So she spoke to it and said something like: "If you are not from God, I command you in the name of Jesus Christ to be gone". And immediately it shot up into the night sky, and never came back.
Perhaps it was some sort of alien drone.

(Re: What about the Mars *monoliths?)
The strange Mars monolith and the identical Phobos monolith on Mars' largest moon could be obelisks placed there by aliens. For these monoliths are too unusual, and too identical, to be explained by any natural cause. Space agencies need to visit these monoliths with unmanned probes as soon as possible, to see if they are indeed not natural, but could have important information inscribed on them, or mark the location of underground structures built long ago by aliens.
Or, perhaps space agencies are purposely avoiding any visit to these monoliths, out of fear that the proof of the existence of aliens could instill a panic among the masses of the earth; or out of fear that a probe touching a monolith could trigger a signal to a hostile alien civilization that mankind is now expanding into space, causing the aliens to come and subdue earth.

(Re: Is Christ's death only for humans, God's children/heirs, and not angels/servants, or aliens: Romans 8:14-17, Hebrews 2:5, Hebrews 1:14?)
Angels are also God's children (Job 1:6), and so aliens could be as well. And all that Romans 8:17 requires (in light of Hebrews 2:5) is that the earth, once made new (as in a new surface), will not be handed over to the current angelic beings, but to Christians from the present earth. And Revelation 22:3-6 shows that even when Christians are reigning on the future, New Earth (of Revelation 21:1), they will still remain the servants of God, just as they will be like/equal to angels (Matthew 22:30, Luke 20:36). This will not be a demotion.

(Re: Is the entire universe corrupted by Lucifer, his fallen angels, and man, so that the entire universe will have to be destroyed: 2 Peter 3:12?)
Lucifer’s sin, along with his fallen angels' and mankind's sin, may be corrupting only the earth. There could be other fallen planets elsewhere in other star-systems with their own Lucifer-type deceivers and their own fallen angels, and their own fallen "aliens", who are corrupting only their own planets.
Regarding 2 Peter 3:12, see the "Ouranos" section of 2 Peter 3:10 below.

*Psalms 9 title / *Ps. 9 title -
"Muth-labben" (H4192) is made up of two words (H4191, H1121) which could mean: "To die (muth) for the Son (lab-ben)". This could have been the title of a melody to which the words of the psalm were to be sung.
Also, the title could have been prophetic of Christian martyrdom, dying for the Son of God, Jesus Christ (Matthew 24:9). For Psalms 9:12-13 can include reference to God/Christ making inquisition into the blood (the killing) of His people, and resurrecting their physical bodies from the dead at His future, Second Coming (1 Thessalonians 4:14-16).
--
*Psalms 9:5 / *Ps. 9:5 -
The original Hebrew word (abad: H0006) translated as "destroy" does not have to mean annihilate. Compare its translation as "broken" in Psalms 31:12, which refers to a broken vessel which continues to exist in its broken state.
Psalms 9:5 does not mean that the wicked themselves will cease to exist, but that eventually they will not be admired any more. The original Hebrew word (shem: H8034) translated as their "name" can mean their "fame" (1 Chronicles 12:30).
(See also Mark 9:45 below)
--
*Psalms 9:16 / *Ps. 9:16 -
"Higgaion" (H1902) can mean "meditation" (Psalms 19:14).
It can also mean "device" (Lamentations 3:62). And note how "higgaion"/"device" comes at the end of Psalms 9:16, the latter half of which refers to evil people being snared by their own works, just as a nearby, subsequent verse is translated as referring to evil people being taken in their own "devices" (Psalms 10:2b, mezimmah: H4209). (Psalms 9 and Psalms 10 form one, continuous acrostic poem in the original Hebrew.)
Also, Psalms 9:16 is immediately followed by: "The wicked shall be turned into hell" (Psalms 9:17). Here the original Hebrew word (shuwb: H7725) translated as "shall be turned" can be translated as "turned back" (Psalms 70:3) in the sense of being sent in a reverse direction (2 Kings 1:5). So Psalms 9:17 can mean that the wicked will be sent down into hell after trying to go into heaven. And their being sent down into hell could be facilitated by the very "device" which they themselves will have built as a way to go into heaven.
This could even be a literal, physical device...
(See the "tower" part of Ecclesiastes 11:5 below...)
So at Jesus' Christ's future, Second Coming, He could rip the tower device out of the ground, and then turn it over so that its ray is directed down into the earth, opening a way down into hell, instead of up into heaven.
~
Selah (H5542) could mean "pause".
--
*Psalms 9:17 / *Ps. 9:17 -
(Turned into hell)
See paragraph 3 of Psalms 9:16 above.
--
*Psalms 11:6 / *Ps. 11:6 -
This can refer to Revelation 20:9b, which is the same event as Ezekiel 38:22. It will not occur until after the future Millennium (Revelation 20:7-10).
(See also paragraph 2 of Revelation 20:9 below)
--
*Psalms 12 title / *Ps. 12 title -
(Sheminith / H8067)
See 1 Chronicles 15:21 above.
--
*Psalms 12:5 / *Ps. 12:5 -
The original Hebrew word (puwach: H6315) translated as "puffeth", like the English word, can mean "mocks".
--
*Psalms 14:1 / *Ps. 14:1 -
Atheism arises from human foolishness and sinfulness (Psalms 14:1).
~
(Re: Cannot someone simply not believe in God, without asserting God's non-existence?)
Not being with God can be the same as being against Him (Matthew 12:30).
--
*Psalms 15:3 / *Ps. 15:3 -
The original Hebrew word (ragal: H7270) translated as "backbiteth" can mean "slanders" (cf. 2 Samuel 19:27).
--
*Psalms 16:10 / *Ps. 16:10 -
This was a prophecy regarding Jesus Christ (Acts 2:31), whose soul did not go down into hell when He died, but immediately into heaven (Luke 23:46).
--
*Psalms 17:1 / *Ps. 17:1 -
The original Hebrew word (tsedeq: H6664) translated as the "right" can mean the "righteous" (Isaiah 41:2).
--
*Psalms 17:11 / *Ps. 17:11 -
The original Hebrew word (cabab: H5437) translated as "compassed", like the English word, can mean "surrounded" (Strong's Hebrew Dictionary).
The Hebrew word (natah: H5186) translated as "bowing down" can mean "stretching forth" (cf. Isaiah 5:25). And the Hebrew word ('erets: H0776) translated as "earth" can be translated as "field" (Ezekiel 29:5). So the Hebrew translated as: "they have set their eyes bowing down to the earth" in Psalms 17:11 does not have to refer to them staring down at the ground like trackers, but can refer to them stretching their gaze across a field, like the hungry lion lying in wait in Psalms 17:12 would do as he watches his prey.
--
*Psalms 18:2 / *Ps. 18:2 -
A horn (qeren: H7161) can be figurative of power (Habakkuk 3:4).
--
*Psalms 18:5,18 / *Ps. 18:5 / *Ps. 18:18 -
The original Hebrew word (qadam: H6923) translated as "prevented", like the English word, can mean "met" (Deuteronomy 23:4).
--
*Psalms 18:7-9 / *Ps. 18:7 / *Ps. 18:8 -
This can be fulfilled literally at Jesus Christ's future, Second Coming (2 Thessalonians 1:7-10).
--
*Psalms 18:11 / *Ps. 18:11 -
Psalms 18 can be poetic language to express God's deliverance of David from his enemies at some point in ancient times (Psalms 18 title). And if we also apply parts of Psalms 18 to the future, Psalms 18:11 can refer to the clouds of Jesus Christ's future, Second Coming (Matthew 24:29, Revelation 1:7a), right before He appears to the world (Matthew 24:30, Revelation 1:7b), and the rapture of Psalms 18:16 occurs (Matthew 24:31).
--
*Psalms 18:26 / *Ps. 18:26 -
(Froward)
There are two instances of "froward" in Psalms 18:26. The first instance is translated from an original Hebrew word (`iqqesh: H6141) which can mean "perverse" (Deuteronomy 32:5). And the second instance is translated from a Hebrew word (pathal: H6617) which can mean "unsavoury" (2 Samuel 22:27, a parallel verse to Psalms 18:26), in the sense of unpleasant.
--
*Psalms 18:32b / *Ps. 18:32b -
See 2 Samuel 22:33b above.
--
*Psalms 18:36 / *Ps. 18:36 -
The original Hebrew word (rachab: H7337) translated as "enlarged" can mean "widened" (cf. Psalms 81:10).
--
*Psalms 18:45 / *Ps. 18:45 -
Here the original Hebrew can mean that foreigners (nekar: H5236) shall fall (nabel: H5034) by leaping suddenly (charag: H2727) from their strongholds (micgereth: H4526). Perhaps as an act of suicide, in despair at their impending defeat. Compare the mass suicide at the stronghold of Masada.
--
*Psalms 19:1-4 / *Ps. 19:1 -
God has made it so that He does not have to speak out loud for Himself to prove His existence. For the entire universe which He has created is figuratively speaking on His behalf, proving His existence continually (Psalms 19:1-4). So no one has any excuse for not knowing that God exists (Romans 1:20).
(See Romans 1:20 below)
--
*Psalms 19:4b / *Ps. 19:4b -
[Psalms 19:1-4, underline "The heavens" in v. 1, and underline v. 4b]
This simply means that outer space (the second heaven) is a figurative tabernacle (a dwelling place) for the sun (Psalms 19:1-4). It does not mean that God Himself lives in outer space, or in the sun.
(See 2 Corinthians 12:2 below)
--
*Psalms 19:9 / *Ps. 19:9 -
The original Hebrew word (tahowr: H2889) translated as "clean", like the English word, can mean "pure" (Exodus 25:11).
--
*Psalms 20:1-6 / *Ps. 20:1 -
This can refer to any time.
--
*Psalms 20:4 / *Ps. 20:4 -
The original Hebrew word (`etsah: H6098) translated as "counsel", like the English word, can mean "plan", or "purpose" (Ezra 4:5).
--
*Psalms 22 title / *Ps. 22 title -
"Aijeleth Shahar" (H0365, H7837) can mean "Doe (Aijeleth) in the Dawn (Shahar)", which could have been the name of a melody by which the psalm was to be sung. The title also evokes an image of utter innocence, such as that of our Lord Jesus Christ as He hung on the Cross and uttered this psalm (Mark 15:34), which foretold His crucifixion (Psalms 22:16,18, Matthew 27:35) for our sins (Matthew 20:28; 1 Corinthians 15:3-4).
--
*Psalms 22:20 / *Ps. 22:20 -
The original Hebrew word (yachiyd: H3173) translated as "darling" can mean "only" (Genesis 22:2), in this case one's only soul (Psalms 22:20a, cf. Matthew 16:26).
--
*Psalms 22:21 / *Ps. 22:21 -
The original Hebrew word (`anah: H6030) translated as "heard" can be translated as "lifted up" (Jeremiah 51:14), just as "the horns of the unicorns" are figurative of exaltation (Psalms 92:10).
The Hebrew word (re'em: H7214) translated as "unicorns" can simply refer to "wild bulls" (Strong's Hebrew Dictionary), in this case with large horns. The English word "unicorn" literally means "one horn", and so could refer to any animal with one, prominent horn, such as a narwhal; or a rhinoceros, which is similar in size and shape to a bull.
Also, there is no "from" in the original Hebrew of "from the horns of" in Psalms 22:21. So, "thou hast heard me from the horns of the unicorns" can mean: "thou hast exalted me like the horns of the unicorns".
Psalms 22:21-22, like the rest of Psalms 22, are the words of Jesus Christ Himself on the Cross (Matthew 27:46, Psalms 22:1). For Psalms 22 foretold His Crucifixion (e.g. Psalms 22:16b; Psalms 22:18 and Matthew 27:35), just as Isaiah 53 did (e.g. Isaiah 53:5 and 1 Peter 2:24).
Psalms 22:21b-22 is the same idea as Isaiah 53:12, that is, referring to Jesus Christ's exaltation after His Crucifixion (Acts 5:30-31, Philippians 2:8-11).
--
*Psalms 22:28 / *Ps. 22:28 -
(Re: Revelation 17:18)
Psalms 22:28, like Ezra 7:15,23 and 1 Chronicles 29:11-12, does not say or mean that Jerusalem (rather than God Himself) ever reigned over the kings of the earth (Revelation 17:18).
--
*Psalms 22:29b / *Ps. 22:29b -
See Psalms 89:48 below.
--
*Psalms 23:3b / *Ps. 23:3b -
While God leads saved people in the paths of righteousness (Psalms 23:3), He does not take away their free will. So they can wrongly employ their free will to commit unrepentant unrighteousness, to the ultimate loss of their salvation (Hebrews 10:26-29).
--
*Psalms 23:6b / *Ps. 23:6b -
Our obtaining ultimate salvation (Psalms 23:6b) will be conditional on our continued Christian belief (Hebrews 3:6,14), our continued good works (Romans 2:6-8), and our repentance from any sins that we commit (Hebrews 10:26-29).
--
*Psalms 27:4 / *Ps. 27:4 -
This will not happen for King David (Psalm 27 title) or the rest of the dead in the Church until they are physically resurrected back to life (Daniel 12:2) after the future Tribulation (Daniel 12:1, Revelation 20:4-6), at Jesus Christ's Second Coming (1 Corinthians 15:21-23; 1 Thessalonians 4:14-16), and go into the Millennial temple building on the earth (Zechariah 14:20-21).
And then, after the future Millennium, and the subsequent Gog/Magog rebellion (Revelation 20:7-10), and the subsequent Great White Throne Judgment (Revelation 20:11-15), the heavenly house of God, and God Himself, will come down out of heaven to a New Earth (Revelation 21:1-4), as in a new surface for the earth. And all those in the Church, which now includes Old Testament believers, will dwell in God's house with God forever on the New Earth (Revelation 22:5).
(See 1 Peter 4:6 below)
--
*Psalms 27:5 / *Ps. 27:5 -
This will happen during the future Tribulation of Revelation chapters 6 to 18 and Matthew 24 for those in the Church who will flee into protected places in the wilderness (Revelation 12:6), the mountains (Matthew 24:16). Compare what Psalms 91 says.
(See the "Protection" section of Revelation 7:4 below. Also, see Matthew 24:16 and Isaiah 26:19 below)
--
*Psalms 27:14 / *Ps. 27:14 -
The original Hebrew word (qavah: H6960) translated as "wait" can mean "expect".
--
*Psalms 28:2 / *Ps. 28:2 -
The original Hebrew word (debiyr: H1687) translated as "oracle" could refer to the most holy place of the tabernacle, and, later, the temple (1 Kings 6:19). The Hebrew word is derived from another word (dabar: H1696) which can mean to speak (Numbers 7:89), just as the English word "oracle" can refer to a place where the divine speaks. In this case, the oracle would have contained the Ark of the Covenant (2 Chronicles 5:7), just above which YHWH God would speak directly to Moses (Numbers 7:89). David died before Solomon's temple was built, but David brought the Ark of the Covenant itself to Jerusalem (2 Samuel 6:17).
--
*Psalms 30:3 / *Ps. 30:3 -
The original Hebrew word (sheol: H7585) translated as "the grave" in Psalms 30:3, Psalms 49:15, and Psalms 89:48 can refer to the extremely deep pit of hell (Isaiah 14:15, Job 11:8, Psalms 30:3).
(See Job 33:22 above)
--
*Psalms 34:10 / *Ps. 34:10 -
The original Hebrew word (chacer: H2637) translated as shall not "want", like the English word, can mean shall not "lack" (Deuteronomy 8:9).
--
*Psalms 34:20 / *Ps. 34:20 -
This verse was fulfilled with regard to Jesus Christ, just as Numbers 9:12 was antitypically fulfilled with regard to Jesus (John 19:36; 1 Corinthians 5:7b).
--
*Psalms 35:15 / *Ps. 35:15 -
The original Hebrew word (nekeh: H5222) translated as "abjects" can mean "traducers" (Strong's Hebrew Dictionary). The English word "traducers" means people who "expose [others] to shame or blame by means of falsehood and misrepresentation" (Webster's), as in Psalms 35:11.
(This is the only place in the Bible where nekeh: H5222 is used.)
--
*Psalms 37:10 / *Ps. 37:10 -
This means that the wicked will no longer be in power on the earth (Psalms 37:9-11, cf. Psalms 37:35-36). It does not mean that they will not exist on the future, New Earth (as in a new surface for the earth), because they will, in the eternal suffering of the lake of fire (Isaiah 66:22,24, Revelation 21:1,8, Revelation 22:14-15, Revelation 20:10,15, Revelation 14:10-11).
--
*Psalms 37:14 / *Ps. 37:14 -
The original Hebrew word (derek: H1870) translated as "conversation" can mean "a course of life or mode of action" (Strong's Hebrew Dictionary).
(Compare section 3 of 1 Peter 1:18 below)
--
*Psalms 37:20 / *Ps. 37:20 -
This can refer to Jesus Christ's future, Second Coming (2 Thessalonians 1:7-10), and also to the subsequent Gog/Magog defeat (Revelation 20:9b, Ezekiel 38:22), and also to the subsequent Great White Throne Judgment (Revelation 20:15).

~
