I am pretty flabbergasted that you deny a site as authoritative as PubMed. It's actually really well known that we have rhythms based on the full moons and the 7 day week. I have a lot of other links to verify this. Want to see them?

Truth!!! Ellen White's fallible writings that have influenced you and your church is well noted. I left that masquerade because I dared to open my Bible and study the real truth. You can too. BTW, I'm an Adventist because her writings caused me to understand that God actually loves me for the first time in my life The guy who was despised by his entire immediate family. I spent my childhood years being bullied by my parents and older brother. My older brother is very manipulative and he would manipulate my parents into always believing the worst of me. He tried to murder me in the eighth grade because he had sexually molested me and thought I would tell my parents what he'd done. He'd forgotten about his own actions 4 years earlier when he'd gotten my old man to scream and yell at me and tell me that everything bad that happened to our family was my fault, and my fault alone, for something he'd bullied me into doing. It was so common place in his eyes it was no big deal so he forgot I wasn't about to be screamed and yelled at for causing him to molest me.

So to finally understand the love of God changed the entire course of my life. The Desire of Ages made a huge difference in me.

You can object to and misapply her writings all you want but she taught truth, and nothing but truth. Her writings have had a big influence in my life in changing me from a completely self destructive person into a dedicated Christian who loves God with all his heart, soul, and might.

I know those aren't your words but you implied it very strongly since you are now an evolutionist and as a result cannot believe the Bible is infallible. The way you despise Ellen White strongly implies it is her fault.

The Adventist church rejected righteousness by faith back in 1888. When that happens the only thing left is legalism if a person is religious. So you and I both grew up in a legalistic church. There are still a lot of legalists left as foretold in Revelation.

Revelation 3: 14 And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God;
15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.
16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.

Legalists are the lukewarm people God is going to shake out of the church. He can work with and save those who have backslidden and out of the church or who are on fire for Jesus, fully committed to Him.

The choice is yours to make.

The answer is that in Christ there is no distinction between Jew and Gentile.
God, who knows the heart, acknowledged them by giving them the Holy Spirit, just as He did to us, and made no distinction between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith. Acts 15:8-9

Israelites were not saved because of their works as is no one.

For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him. Rom 10:12

Abraham was saved because he believed and had faith.

Being fully assured that God had the power to do what He had promised. So that’s why “he was accepted as one who is right with God.
It was also written for us, since we are also accepted because of our faith in God, who raised our Lord Jesus to life. Rom 4:21-25

Hey Gary, thanks for sharing the article. It is interesting that the article brings out this rhythm is seen in all life. Which stands to reason why God mentioned even giving our livestock rest on the Seventh Day Sabbath.
