    The Joy Of Modern Motherhood

Neither. And that's what I've chosen.

    The Joy Of Modern Motherhood

Welcome to 1894. I can complain about how the most respectable thing a man can do is be a potato farmer, but that doesn't make my opinion fact.

    The new iPod Nano?

Lozza, I've had quite a few iPods, and I got my new Nano (a red 8 GB) about six weeks ago. Thus far, I've had no problems with it whatsoever. The interface is effortless; the styling is cool. I'd recommend it.

Ah, here's ol' "Unsupported Assertion" Renton again. Let the fun begin. I am a very moral person, yet I would not make a good parent. I'm glad I'm not going to be forced to have children despite that.

    Premarital Sex

Not from what I've seen. Avoiding premarital sex (and postmarital sex with anyone but your partner) seems to me to be kind of like eating apples your whole life but swearing that apples must be better than strawberries (even though you've never had them). I've had a long-term relationship where...

    The Joy Of Modern Motherhood

I neither feel that it is my responsibility to pay for someone else having children nor feel that someone else should be forced to pay for my retirement.

Perhaps to you. But to me, kids ARE a burden, and they WOULD ruin my life. That doesn't excuse people being mean to you when you're out with your kids (especially at Dairy Queen). But for some of us, the attitude expressed above is absolutely the truth. It's not a reflection on your choice to...

    The Joy Of Modern Motherhood

Um, no. It's not my job to support someone while she has as many babies as she wants. But thanks for asking.

    The Joy Of Modern Motherhood

What difference does it make why people avoid having children? If they don't want them, isn't that good enough? I think not having children because you want a social life is no worse than having them just because you want them. What about the number of people who get pregnant when they can't...

    The Joy Of Modern Motherhood

It certainly hasn't happened for me. I've never for a moment wanted children (and did the same things with baby dolls that you did). At 32, I still don't want them and am happy that soon I won't be able to. :) It boggles my mind that, since the beginning of time, men have been able to say all...

    Leopard arrives 10/26

I find that Leopard works very well. There are some bugs I've encountered (for example, Firefox—my primary browser—is much slower now, but I've heard rumors that this'll be fixed in the first update). Some of the features, such as Spaces, are of no use to me, though I have a feeling...

Yes, and the moving backgrounds work for me for the most part. Try holding something black in front of your iSight when the computer prompts you to step out of the frame. If you're wearing something black, that works out very well. :)

    Leopard arrives 10/26

FYI . . . Wiki Quite a lot of information there. I actually had some stuff happen last night, so I'm just going to get it now. Do I lose my fangirl status since I didn't get it on release day? ;)
