Oh Zion,
Chosen you were by the Lord.
He chose you and He desired for you,
ever since from the beginning on.
Beautifully adorned you were,
in His sight!
Clothed with precious stones and in jewels,
becoming His most dearest dwelling place.
Oh Zion,
you will be abundantly blessed and provided by the Lord.
And He will satisfy the poor with bread,
they shall not hunger in Him.
The Lord will clothe your priests,
with salvation.
And your saints shall shout aloud,
for joy.
In you He will make the horn of David grow,
and He will prepare a lamp for His Anointed.
The Lord will clothe His enemies with shame,
but His crown shall flourish upon Him.
Oh Zion,
you are the Lord's resting place forever.
Holy and sanctified are you,
always precious seen in God's eyes.
Bring your fruit of praise,
always before Him.
And lift Him up in worship,
forever more!
