Shalom HARK! In comparison with last year's calendar one may see that they also must be inserting a leap week somewhere as their calendar progresses through the years. It's likely, (as stated previously), about every fifth or sixth year, and thus, it is essentially the same as a modern fiscal calendar. I have no doubt that this is the way it is understood in the Torah from the Torah: 364 days in the non-leap year, and 371 days, (exactly 53 weeks), in the leap year.
