Showers And Thunderstorms Will Be Ending From Southwest To Northeast
As An Upper Level Low Pressure System Moves Northeast Out Of The
State. Rainfall Amounts Will Be Less Than One Quarter Of An Inch In
Most Areas.

Cold Air Will Move South Behind The Cold Front Tonight. Temperatures
Will Fall Into The Mid 30s In The Northwest Third Of The State And
In The Arkansas River Valley. This Includes Areas North Of A Line
From Paris...to Russellville...to Mountain View To Salem. This Area
Could See Near Freezing Temperatures Briefly Overnight...but Any
Cloud Cover Will Prevent The Readings From Falling As Much.

.days Two Through Seven...friday Through Wednesday

Cold Air Will Remain Over The State Friday. Cloud Cover Will
Dissipate Friday Evening...and Allow Temperatures To Fall Near To
Slightly Below Freezing Across Much Of The Northern And Western
Portions Of The State. This Includes Areas North Of A Line From
Mena...to Morrilton...to Batesville. If Winds Increase During The
Overnight Hours...temperatures Will Not Fall As Rapidly...and Areas
Will Remain Just Above Freezing.
