I rephrased the questions in my mind: what series would I love to own or DO own the DVD of? I ask it this way because it keeps the numbers down. For instance, I LOVED the show "NYPD Blue", never missed a single episode, but only ever wanted to see every episode once. That said, here's my Top 20, in alphabetical order:

7th Heaven
Airwolf
Blake's 7
Buffy the Vampire Slayer

Christy
Cosby Show
Degrassi (TNG: I haven't really seen much of the others)
Family Ties

Farscape
Flintstones
Gimme A Break

Hill Street Blues

Jericho
Knight Rider

Life Goes On
Miami Vice
Monkees
Quantum Leap

Starsky & Hutch

My wife and I loved "Rising Damp". It was absolutely hilarious. We also loved Red Dwarf and Mr. Bean. The British have a great sense of humor and wonderful comedic timing.

I like Top Gear because of the cars that you do not really see in the US and the humor between the three presenters and the dry British humor as well. Top Gear USA has its place but it lacks something that the UK version has.

I like British humor a lot, and Top Gear (UK) is side-splitting at times. Their attempt to make snow plows out of farm equipment is a comedy classic. Jeremy Clarkson lives in his own special world. It's a shame the British car industry isn't what it once was. I had a MGB in college.

That episode where they drive through the Deep South had me in stitches.
