CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

now thats what being a real christian is all about
dedicating your talent to your faith regardless of the outcome(and just so happens ppl love these guys) go figure
not to mention trying to reach out to those of us who have not had an easy road and often feel unforgivable
if only I had known why I didn't "fit" here...
but I could care less...I'm glad I am who I am today...pain makes us stronger(or weaker depending on how we respond to it)
it can make us or break us(but its always our choice)

Even though i brought much of my trouble on myself,
I am still thankful for it. Id rather have the relationship
that I have now with the Father, than the comfort
that I screwed myself out of.

Went to a church service of the Salvation army today.
Didnt really know much about their beliefs or anything,
but had to be there for an event.
Anyhow, they had a guy rapping and it really touched me.
