You might have noticed the inclusion of ‘you’re 99% likely’ in my post. That was relevant. People missing a college place or a job because of an affirmative action program, then yes it’s a form of racism and it sucks. You know what sucks more though? Having had 5 generations or more of your family treated like animals who never even had the opportunity to go to a decent high school let alone college. Affirmative actions were an unfortunate but necessary temporary tool to try and slightly rebalance a wildly unfair system. If you think it’s unfair, you’re right. But if you ignore the reasons why it was necessary, then you’re only seeing one small part of the bigger picture.

Wow, it’s amazing how many downright lies the author managed to fit into that little image. It’s also pretty amazing that a Christian would peddle such revolting dishonesty.

As for your own contribution, yes we get it, you don’t think racism still exists. Im sure a deeply racist society just 60 years ago just stopped being racist when the civil rights act was signed, just like magic. People who hated and despised black people and taught their kids the same hate, just became colour blind and filled with love for their neighbors of all colors. Because that’s how the real world works, obviously..

That statement could be said by a white or a black person.

When we see each other as individuals then that is the end of racism.
