You do not know the difference between the law of Moses and the Law of God. The Law of God, God wrote on stone; the Law of Moses, Moses wrote on parchment. Now the Law of Moses is binding on Israel and the Law of God is binding on all creatures in the entire universe because He is the creator of heaven and all that is in it and of earth and all that is in it.The 10 are just the sum of the explanation that was placed outside the ark.
