And...I didn't mean to imply that you go camping in thunderstrorms. I knew what you meant. But, I just didn't know how else to put it. ...I've never gone camping in an area that had them, being from California. And now that I live where they do occur, I don't go camping.

I was told by my optometrist that contacts wouldn't clear up all my vision problems. So, I would still end up having to wear reading glasses. And at the time, that seemed silly. But, now, if I had the money, I would consider getting them, colored ones. (because I've always thought they were kind of cool) Because I hate the way my face looks with glasses. And I never seem to get ones that look good on me. (hard to know what they look like, when you have to take your glasses off to try them on.)
