Yeah, tell me about Thomas...

I just remember how I was saved.
1 Lord opened my spiritual ears and we start talk.
2 then, while praying with others, I started to see visions.
3 then I was baptized with Holy Spirit.

and then.... I went to psychiatrist to check - am I going crazy???

yes...
I was a woman, that believed only, what I could see or touch.
so I found "logical' explanations
1 hearing Lord - imagination or I'm going crazy.
2 visions - good imagination
3 language I speak - well, there's stories, that people were hit to head and started to talk in another languages.
but psychiatrist made many test and told me - absolutely normal.

Then Heavenly Father started to crush all my "logical" explanations one by one..

1 He did help my friend. I couldn't ever know that information, to help her, so she was my first witness and confirmation, that, what I hear, is not imagination, but real facts, i cant know.
2 I got visions about things, that happened with people I know, but who were at that time far away from me. When I met those people, and we talked about those visions, what I saw, they were accurate 100%.
3 tongue - I did repeat one phrase all week. I repeated it every time, I prayed in tongues. I was reading a book (forgot what, that's sad) and found exact that phrase and translate for it! So it wasn't my "imagination" or " bubbling"

Glad God is blessing you. I'm sure you'll continue to pursue Him and read the Bible to learn more about having a relationship with Him. That's wonderful.

You might be interested in 2 forums for followers of Jesus who believe in the manifestation of the spiritual gifts and others aren't suppose to post in those areas. On the forums page, 'the 'Spiritual Growth" forum then click. "'Spiritual Gifts." There's also a subforum "Sign Gifts" available.

Also, you might want to record the visions in a notebook. Including anything you learn about them later..
