Erm.... yes you can.

Easier if you chip ur box (which basically turns the thing into a PC, letting you play MP3, DivX, MPG, etc etc file share etc etc....)

But even without chipping, using that stupid Kareoke Program I think it is, you can copy Music direct from a PC, using the ethernet port, and play it on Xbox. Of course you can also copy ANY music CD to the Xbox and use it like a duke box and that's without any extra software.

That's all I'm saying. Im not going to enter into the "which consol is better" thing because I dont care. I have an xbox. My brother in law has a Game Cube, and variouse mates have PS2's...and we all still love each other and live in peace and harmoney without the need to argue about polygons per second over dinner.

sure Hacked up a gamecube can play DVDS and BE SUPER faster we r talking about manufacterd items not 3rd party hacked up stuff

Perhaps it may be a slight insult, but I'm serious. I have an EXTREMELY hard time reading your posts. The spelling is easy to deal with. But when your post becomes one long sentence, it becomes almost impossible to read.

It's rather hard not to read posts when they are the main point of discussion. The arguement "If you don't like it, don't do it" doesn't really cut it here. I'm sure there are plenty of people who have a hard time reading your posts and don't bother to post their opinions.

Fine then, we'll go back on topic.

The hardware differences between the system is minimal and pretty much moot at this point in the game. All three are extremely powerful and can handle pretty much the same thing. It is left up to the games to determine the system.

Topic: I own a game cube, and as a result I am soooo bored I have come on here to talk about why I don't own an Xbox, and try and come up with reasons why Xbox owners must be stupid.

PS: I did also say that WITHOUT hacking, you can copy a Music CD to the Hard Drive AND download music from a PC via the Kareoke software.

So as I see it a good priority list might be:
1) Buy and Xbox
2) Have grammer lessons (Hey even I cant spell)
3) Learn to read an entire post and not just bits of one

And can a Game Cube play DVD's when hacked? I thought the disk size was smaller and so a DVD wouldnt even fit? (Genuin question)

lol thats why Nintendo cares they give u a good system cheap but they also got the super cubes but thats cheap for 500 if u look at it it can play import games i can do it all

The system looks nice, but $500 for any game console is too much. So, I don't think they care but to fill there pockets with your extra cash. The last time I checked there really was'nt any imports that were worth playing. I saw they had that train simulator game but that does not look like too much fun.

LOL so it's back to the same thing. Pay for an Xbox and chip it which will cost you less than a super game cube, or pay less for a normal game cube to just play games. OR pay EVEN more and get a Super Game Cube to try and keep up with Xbox

At the end of the day, it's down to personal choice so again, this whole thread is pointless. I own a Xbox, I like Ps2, I have nothing against Game Cube. I don't feel the need to call any consol "sad".

But Lets point out that that Super Game Cube isn't even made by Nintendo. It's made by Panasonic. It is a Game Cube/Panasonic DVD player hybrid. Now that is just a professional mod job. Do make an Xbox do the same things.... erm... add 1 chip. Job done.

I think I'm going to make this my last post on this thread in the hope that it dies.
