I haven't been sleeping so that is part of the problem. I just need rest and I am sure I can bounce back. I can't really take supplements because they cause my body to cramp up for some reason. Otherwise, I would try it.

My wife takes melatonin (sp?) for sleeping, it's what brain produces anyway to get you to sleep.
She works nights, so her sleep schedule gets all out of whack

Yes, the Dallas-Ft.Worth area has yucky weather today but I love it! It's supposed to freeze tonight as well as tomorrow night and just yesterday it was in the 70s.

I'm sure this summer will be a scorcher since the winter has been pretty mild. I sure wish I lived up north again. I miss the beautiful seasons changing and the colors.

Yes, it is. It's snowing in the panhandle (Wichita Falls) and out in West Texas as well. Crazy weather for sure.

Hey all, I got my passport today! It's supposed to take like 6 weeks I think. But I got it after only like 2! What a surprise! But anyways, I'm just excited about that. I love you all in Christ, and am praying for each of you! God bless you all, my friends.
