Name: Wu Ao Wei
Ethnicity: Asian
Age: Not known; guessed at the early 30s
Height: 5' 11"
Weight: Not known
Hair: Black
Wei washed up one day on the shores of Celtica, clinging to a bit of driftwood. When he arrived safely on dry land, he took his dagger, the only other thing left with him except for his clothes and his life, and carved a staff out of it. This being done, he ventured out with his walking stick until he came to the nearest town. He slit the purse of a passerby in a crowd and headed to the local tavern. There he convinced the barkeep to hire him as a guard. He remained at the inn for 2 fortnights before an huge bear of a man by the name of Bjornolf came to the tavern. When Wei was off-duty, he sat with the man and they had a drink together and talked. After a couple of nights of this, Bjornolf mentioned an elusive Alliance to combat the forces of evil in the land of Albion. The next day, Wei convinced Bjornolf to bring before the High Council of the Alliance so that Wei could decide for himself whether or not to join the Alliance.
Bjornolf brought Wei before the Council and Wei underwent the examination. One question was asked of Wei by Aiden, Lord of Albion, that he still remembers now: "Wei, what is most important to you?" His answer still reverbratest through his mind, "Loyalty."
Wei is not particularly skilled in hand-to hand combat, especially confronted with shieldmen, but he is an extremely good fighter with his dagger, and one of the only people who can use a staff effectively in the Alliance. He is also pretty decent with a spear and an axe, though he wouldn't survive long in an extended battle with those. Wei's greatest ally is darkness. He is extremely stealthy, and not even the most trained ears can hear him when he attempts to be quiet. He enjoys wearing all black, and can move very quickly.
Wei's main weapons are his staff and numerous daggers he has collected and has hidden throughout his outfit. The ironwood staff's ends have been whittled down to sharp points on both ends, so he can stab with it. He also swings it pretty hard too.
Nothing is known by anyone other than Wei about what happened before he washed up on shore. To most people on Celtica, that was the beginning of his life.
