From the title "writing story- need ideas" I get the impression that you don't have writer's block at all, but rather a plot or idea block. Writer's block is when you have tons of ideas, but you just can't seem to get them down on paper! That's what I've got.
Anyway, for a plot or ideas block, I would recommend looking at all sorts of things around you. Watch TV, go see a movie, read a book, etc. When you're watching fiction though, you have a greater tendancy to copy it. What really gets my creative juices flowing are nonfiction shows or such. Watching the History Channel really helps me. I might watch a show on vikings, and pick up certain things from their society, then imagine what my characters would do with it, or create my characters around it, etc. I hope that helped some! I can't really tell exactly what you're struggling with when unless you give more information. I might take a stab at trying to help if you posted a bit more.
