As a professional soldier, I can see war coming over the horizon. Kiev is the 8th largest city in Europe- the entire nation is literally on the verge of civil war. This is going to get really ugly- and has been really ugly now for the past 3 months. Kiev, live at this URL:

For the past 2.5 months, that TV show has been on 24/7- and I have been watching it in between checking emails and postings here.

I fully anticipate it to fall 100% into civil war. Russia wants their natural resources- natural gas, coal, oil and wood because they've already got rail lines set up rather than opening Siberia which they're using as a national reserve- and fighting over Siberia's oil slopes involves fighting Canada, Greenland, Iceland, and the UK since it's on the opposite side of the North Atlantic oil fields.

*Said very sorrowfully*,,,there is no right or wrong in war, there is only those who are left. And I am in a whole new world of enragement when I visit a Veterans Hospital and I ask "Why are we in Afghanistan?" and I have asked everyone from 1 star generals and rear admiral's lower half all the way down to the basic private who stepped on a landmine and had his feet blown off.

All of them have answered "I don't know". When Officers don't have a clue of why they're doing something then I think its time for the Officers to overthrow the corrupt government and reinstall a civilian government.

Military Officers are horrible civilian leaders; for they expect orders to be given "or else". The only civilian leader I know of who was successful as a military leader was Ike Eisenhower. The opposite was Adolf Hitler.

I have not compunction about going to war if the cause is just. I do have ethical, moral and legal problems if war is declared without just cause. President George Herbert Walker Bush, Junior should be brought up on charges against humanity for the death's of 1.5 million Iraqi deaths, some 9,000 American deaths, and spending a trillion dollars to kick Saddam Hussein out of office.

There is simply no reason to be in Afghanistan other than to blood our troops. They have no oil, they have no rare earths, they have no natural resources- and Afghanistan is known as "The Nation where empires go to die". Turkey, Russia, the UK, now its our turn to get kicked.
