sometimes the Holy Spirit fills me to overflowing... a quote from a book fits the bill:

"I asked God for a thimble full and my cup is overflowing"

I have goose bumps and feel like crying (for joy) and feel like turning back flips...

gosh I am so "On High" with the "Most High" and for no other reason that I asked for His blessings.
