That is what this forum is supposed to be for.

This rule MUST be followed.

1.3 You will only post negative statements about another individual’s belief or religious organization (including non-Christian religions) with objective evidence provided. Members are allowed to say “The doctrines X church is false because of Y scriptures and Z other relevant evidence”.

This can be scripture or stuff from our confessions .

There are not SUPPOSED to be any actions taken when some one states it is a personal opinion or when they cite their doctrine as a reason for their opinion.

also remember this rule

1.5You will not directly state or otherwise imply that another member is not a Christian if he or she falls under Rule 6.5 and 6.6 and he or she does not have a hidden faith icon without providing substantiation from scripture or doctrine or historic church writtings.

This also holds true for those with Christian icons.

Well, I voted yes based on the principle that only Semper members may post and that RCC members would have to stay out of Semper business when they have no right to post but do it anyway and get away with it.

I disagree with the ""mod" -free forum/thread" principle because although we should go to our brothers and sisters regarding correction we are within a community that has an established rule for reporting things.

Also, theoretically (this is kind of a stretch) we are capable of correcting a violator of a rule by sending her/him a pm recommending that s/he change a post because it violates rule .... and then report the post to staff if the post is not changed just like we would bring something to the Church. (Yes, I must be living in a fairy tale this morning.)

I started reading a thread within Semper and thought what the heck is RCC members doing posting in this thread and started reporting every post. I guess I was report happy. After about 7 reports, I finally get to a "Mod Hat On" and receive a pm stating staff is really watching the thread closely. I guess the only reason I can come up with that the RCC posts were not deleted was because Semper members responded to the posts instead of just reporting them.

Well, let me get my cup of coffee for this morning and maybe I will wake up to reality .
