Worse than a non-voter is someone who holds their nose and only votes for a candidate in order to beat the other guy. It just perpetuates the cycle of Big Govt Option A versus Big Govt Option B. Better to take a stand and vote for who you believe is the best candidate (even if that means a third party) regardless of their chance of winning. And I for one couldn't care less if voting for a third party splits the vote for Big Govt Option A against Big Govt Option B.

If conservatives do not get out and vote against Obama, you can be sure the perpetual cycle of Big Govt will continue. I care about our country and I have to take a stand against Obama for that reason. I do not see how our country could afford another 4 years of the same.

We can talk about ideal candidates all day long, but we have to deal with what we've got. I would love to see a day where an independent party with solid Biblical Christian values, a candidate in the same party with the moral integrity, the intellectual ability, charismatic speaking, to become the president of the United States. However, the problem as I see, is unfortunately with society as a whole, with "we the people". Perhaps when or if a revival of Biblical truths sweeps throughout the nation and hits home with countless people, we could see such a change, but I will not hold my breath, my hope is in Christ, not politics or earthly governments.

I would vote for a candidate who expresses views that are consistent with mine. I would vote for someone I feel would be a good statesman. I will not vote Romney.

Would I ever vote for a Mormon in public office? I don't know, I haven't come across one that I'd vote for.

Hopefully he won't get the nomination and it won't be a problem. I believe that the rank and file republican voter are tired of the establishment. Newt winning SC over the establishment candidate tells me it was a stab at the establishment.

For me, it's not about the religion. I don't care that he's Mormon. I look at what the guy stands for and see that he's better than Obama. Not by much... But better none the less.

If all else being equal between candidates then the answer would be no. Religious views are important to me. However sometimes we must choose the lesser of two evils or as some people say...the better candidate. So I guess in those situations the answer will be yes.

The only thing that Obama did right was being president when the military caught Bin ladden. And the funny thing is that we wouldn't have caught Him if we hadn't waterboarded some guy that gave us the lead that ended up in his capture. So we can thank Bush for bin ladens capture.

No, i would simply not vote for a man to be Chief Executive of the most powerful country on Earth, when i would not trust the same person to babysit my (theoretical) children. How one would expect such a person to keep his or her vows to the Nation when he or she repeatedly broke vows to spouse(s) is incomprehensible.

i refuse to vote for either the left wing or right wing of the same bird on the same flight path.

The Left wing wants to drive off the cliff at 95 mph, the Right wing wants to drive off the same cliff at 55 mph...

At the same time both sides want to argue about the use of seat belts in the vehicle!

Anybody sane would want to get out of the car!
