Custard apples I know. :sick: Yuk!! But they are not pawpaws. Pawpaws are large & orange or pinky coloured & as I said they smell like nothing on earth. I think they're an aquired taste - which I haven't aquired. Also gravey here is usually made from the roast drippings; at least it is if you make your own.

Yes, gravy is made with roast drippings, flour, water and some kind of fat. Au jus is just the de-fatted drippings all by themselves, no flour, water or fat. :)
