I know it's a kids' movie but seriously, even on that level this is the corniest, dumbest, lamest, most intelligence insulting and nonsensical movie I have ever seen. It actually made me angry

What I saw of "Human Centipede 3" was just flat-out disgusting. It was just a "how low can one go" movie. It is too graphic and I wasted a lot of time watching at least the clips online. I have seen a Uwe Boll film or two that was better. Uwe Boll isn't good by any stretch, but compared to the guy who thought making "Human Centipede 3" was a good idea, his films are harmless.

If you thought that one was bad, the first sequel was unwatchable compared to the first. To me it was just one of the worst sequels ever, IMO.
