So.. who's getting this delicious MMORPG?

Personally I'll probably have a few characters. My picks in order of "must have" are:

Night Elf Druid with Alchemy and Herbalism
Undead Priest with Cooking and Mining
Dwarf Rogue with Engineering and Blacksmithing
Undead Warlock with Enchanting and Herbalism

And maybe a mage thrown in somewhere.

Personally I cannot wait for this game to be released. I missed the beta sign-ups and that makes me slightly mad, but.. oh well. The main thing I need is a new computer to run the game. Saving up now!

Same here; I just bought a new video card, and now I'm kind of saving up for a new motherboard. Actually I have to buy a few things for my vehicle first, but I should have a mobo by the time WoW releases. I plan on playing this game with my dad and various friends so it should be a lot of fun. I just hope Blizzard can make us a deal for two accounts in the same household.

There are some locations that I just have to visit because of its pure beauty and that's Dun Morogh in Ironforge, Elwynn Forest, and Stranglethorn Vale. I'd really like to visit the Swamp of Sorrows and the ruined city of Dalaran too, both are erie and luring.

I'll definetely be playing, hopefully I can get onto 1st shift so I can pwn you all. Was in the stress test and even with the game not completely finished it was still pretty good. Some of the closed beta testers are whining that it's being rushed but as far as mmorpgs go WoW is much further along than any I've ever seen at release.

I really want a female gnome warrior just because I crack up everytime they say "I'm not angry enough!" or "Not enough rage!" Will probabbly end up on the horde side though with my old guild. Either a troll shaman, troll mage, or Orc warrior.

I'm really looking forward to this one. I'm doing the EQ2 beta now and it's cool but I've heard great things about WoW from my bro who tried it for the stress beta. No idea what race/class I'll start with. Probably Orc warrior till I get the game mechanics down.

Hmm, does EQ2 look better in action?

Anyway, I'll be picking up WoW for Christmas, hopfully. I'm not sure how I'm going to keep up with the monthley feels, though.

It looks nice on my old box. I'd love to see it on a high end machine with everything turned up. I can't compare it to WoW since I haven't played it but I'll most likely get wow since I'm a big Blizz fan.

I Beta tested both WoW and EQ2.

WoW is well done, fun, runs incredibly smooth even wth the grahics turned up. There is barely any lag, all of the classes are fun and fairly well balanced. The open Beta should be coming soon, we you can all get a sneak peak. I am goin Horde along with my Guild on a PvP server.

I can't really talk about EQ2 as I am still under the NDA... but I will say this. It makes Star Wars Galaxies look incredibly polished (when it was released).
