Unless I give up which I won't I am determined to beat this beast to a bloody pulp. I'm sick and tired of turning the other way and running. Because Xanax doesn't do anything. Thats expected. Ofcoarse I should know that. But this stupid fear that says well maybe your not doing the exposure right and in turn prevents me to get a grip on myself. I guess thats just all the healing and expected of me to think that way cos OCD will try to latch onto anything that will cause you to stumble. I'm going to relax. To long of a day and just plane old sick of OCD.

Hey Dabro, I've seen you for quite a while now here on this part of this website. I just want to know, what are you doing to yourself when you type these threads? Are these type of things anything assuring to you? I just ask you this because there are certain things that will continually make the OCD worse, and one of them is seeking reassurance, either from trying to prove something that OCD has brought or by seeking people's advice and concerns. We(including me) care what you are doing in your life Dabro, even if we don't know each other we are still brothers (and sisters) through Christ. I just want to know.

Have you considered writing a journal to keep all your thoughts in tact, or a blog? Doing this is really helpful.

Ya i Guess your right. I'm not offended at all. I'm going to take a break from the forums for awhile. Thanks for the insights.
