work problems

My supervisor at work is an extremely poor communicator. One thing that he does is totally ignore me on important work issues and speaks only to a female co-worker. Then if something goes wrong he blames me.
Yesterday I had a question about information on an e-mail. All he said was "read the e-mail". I had already read the e-mail before I asked him the question. I told him that and he got mad at me. He never did answer my question.
Since I have Aspergers it is hard for me to handle this. How would you handle this? Thanks.

You should take him aside or arrange to see him and explain that you have Aspergers. That you have communication issues and need things explaining in a different way. Maybe that will help i don't know.

I honestly don't think this is an aspergers problem... It's a communication problem. What the above post suggested may work, but otherwise take it above your supervisor (to boss or whoever! ) and explain to them

It's a communication issue on their part. Even I'd struggle with dealing with it!

Yes then it's time to go above him like suggested and bring your proof with you, a doctors note, anything.

EDIT: and if you are a part of a union you could discuss it with them

I have given the company proof. Management refuses to listen to me. I set up a meeting for the manager of the department to meet with my therapist. He agreed but then Human Resources refused to allow him to meet with my therapist.
We set up another meeting where my therapist has to go to where I work and meet with my manager and a person from Human Resources. For me this is kind of scary!!!

It does seem... wrong...

and a farce. Maybe you should start looking elsewhere. OR go even higher or perhaps Citizens advice?
