The Wisconsin Supreme Court has struck down Gov. Tony Evers' order shutting down daily life to limit the spread of coronavirus — marking the first time a statewide order of its kind has been knocked down by a court of last resort.

Wisconsin Supreme Court strikes down Tony Evers' stay-at-home order that closed businesses, schools to limit spread of coronavirus

I am happy for the fine citizens of Wisconsin
It would be interesting if another order is put in place after Kelly leaves the bench, since a liberal judge will replace him and the vote may swing.

A tally of the deaths that the lock-down failed to prevent up to this point.
Or...a tally of deaths that wasn't very much higher because the lockdown was in place.
