How does any of this refute the poster's claim that the Jews did not physically administer the crucifixion?
Here is what he claimed that I quoted from post number 393.
I don't remember one Jew killing Yeshua...lots of Romans, yes.
Here is what the scripture says -
But Peter and the other apostles answered and said: “We ought to obey God rather than men. The God of our fathers raised up Jesus whom you murdered by hanging on a tree. Acts 5:29-30
The scripture says to the Jews... whom you murdered.
That is my point.
God sees from His perspective that the Jews murdered Jesus.
It came down to the Jews, to choose Jesus Christ, an innocent person or a murderer. The Jews chose a murderer to be set free, and chose to have Jesus Christ murdered.
Pilate said to them, “What then shall I do with Jesus who is called Christ?”
They all said to him, “Let Him be crucified!”
Then the governor said, “Why, what evil has He done?”
But they cried out all the more, saying, “Let Him be crucified!”
When Pilate saw that he could not prevail at all, but rather that a tumult was rising, he took water and washed his hands before the multitude, saying, “I am innocent of the blood of this just Person. You see to it.”
And all the people answered and said, “His blood be on us and on our children.” Matthew 27:22-25
Pilate tried every way he knew how to get the Jews to consider choosing Jesus to be set free.
