Will Joe Biden be impeached?

Will Joe Biden be impeached for storing Top Secret documents in his garage and elsewhere?

  • No. Taking classified documents home will now become legal.

  • No. Joe Biden's garage was locked, which makes it a GSA approved vault.

  • No. They were inadvertently placed there, which makes it NOT an "exceptionally grave threat".

  • No. They were planted there by Republicans.

  • No. Politicians only care about the law when it's a member of the opposite party that breaks them.

  • Yes. Our government is fair and will hold the President to the same standards as any other citizen.

From my understanding, Trump had no right to take them out of the White House and when he got caught, he refused to return them.
Once the documents are declasified... they can be taken where he wants. He was President... Biden was not.
Two men
Classified documents.
One man had the right to declasify.
One man did not.
One man stored them in a secure locked area.
One man had them in his garage... not secure.
One man knew he had them.
One man didn't even know they were there.
One man kept them from other people
One man left them open and available to countles people of questionable character.

The problem here is that the DOJ, FBI, and atorney General are in a pickle... They cannot try to point a finger at DT.... and then do nothing with Joey.

Past the tipping point in my opinion.

Joe... is done.

1) There is no indication that he actual declassified any of them. 2) Even if he did, the law is quite clear on ownership of Presidential documents and that is the federal government. And the real issue, imo and apparently that of the federal government, wasn't that Trump had the documents, but more that he refused to return them when asked for them and even went as far as lying about them. What's happening with Biden is troubling, but the intent doesn't seem to be there.

Intent doesn't matter when losing control of classified material of any kind unless you are trying to tack on extra accusations of espionage.

There was paper work submitted to declassify them. Good luck finding evidence , however, as they do not want that to be common knowledge.

Again, you want to hold onto this issue that "He didn't return them when asked".

That's rich. Especially when you take into account all the "evidence" the left had on DT that was never shown.. or the tapes of the Jan 6th visit to the capitol.. that they refused to release...

I mean really, if your talking about holding on to evidence.... the Democrats are king.

The issues with JB having them, where he had them, how long he had them, who could have seen them, how long they have known and not told the public..... combined with the fact that he didn't secure them and that he should not of even had them at all......

These issues will not go away and the whole obsession of the left, with DT and the Mara Logo event.. as well as the hissy fit that they all threw over it.... has left them in a bad situation with Joe.

Funny I was thinking about doing my own Biden Impeachment thread but focusing on the bombing of the Nord Stream II pipeline and a review of all the other mismanaged stuff.

Besides the border debacle and human trafficking of illegals, Afghanistan, Hunter Biden stuff and Mar Lago raid in recent memory there was the Weather balloon debacle and the Ohio Train Chemical Spill cover up to add to the ever-growing list of targets...

With Biden it is not a question if there is anything impeachable, but what item is the best one and if Republicans and Democrats got the will to "getter done", knowing that an equally incompetent Kamala Harris waits in the wings.

Trump got impeached twice.
Oh yeah, now I remember. It was like he was impeached, but nothing happened.

So the follow up question is: If Biden is impeached ... so what?

It will be the height of hypocrisy if Republicans impeach Biden over the classified documents and then nominate Trump for president soon after. I don't think it's going to work on voters lol.
If you cannot see the differences in the details surrounding Trump and his rightful possession, declassification and proper storage of the documents... and.. Biden's non existent rights to possession, negligent storage lack of declassification and consequential leaking of the sensitive information... then you won't get it.

Please educate me on Trump's "rightful possession." I have thought there is no rightful possession of Top Secret documents upon leaving office?

Trump:
He declassified them and, as President, he had every right to do so.
He filed the proper forms in order to have them declassified and then had them held under very secure lock and key.
No breach of security. No leak to foreign governments. No loss of possession. No compromise.

Biden:
1/ had no power to declassify
2/ thus, did not file papers to declassify as he had no such right
3/ had the documents without any right to possess.
4/ had them strewn all over his house and other areas
5/ were totally unsecured.
6/ people were in the house with full access to sensitive documents even when Biden was not present.
7/ evidence of a document, verbatim, in an email on Hunters laptop, sent to people of another countries government.
8/ total breach of security and privacy of sensitive documents, even to the point of distribution to foreign offices of governance.
9/ documents fully compromised.

Let's look at the hypocrisy and biased to the removal.

Trump:

Lights sirens, swat team, news reporters.. full blown mega show of power.

Biden:

nonchalant poking around, no fan fare, no lights and sirens, no reporters, denial, hidden by the media. "Nothing to see here attitude.

Yep, he did.. It's like getting pulled over for drunk driving... twice.. and both times blowing a big fat zero on the breathalyzer. Meanwhile the cop is drunk.
No it's like being pulled over for drunk driving, admitting he did it and there was nothing wrong about it and his drinking buddies on the jury admit he did it but decide not to convict him.

LOL Trump was "impeached" twice... but on wiffs of air and hopes and dreams of those that dread the fact that he will be on the ballot again.

What's with the scare quotes? He was impeached twice, the second time with the second time being bipartisan. And why the people who voted to impeach him the second time "dread" him being on the ballot again since the actions that predicated the impeachment only happened because he lost pretty soundly in his reelection bid?

First, what are scare quotes?

Second... both were kangaroo court type impeachments... It proved nothing and, even if it was "bi partisan"... take a look at those republicans that voted to impeach...Only two of the 10 were re-elected.. one in California.. big surprize.

After 6 years of searching high and low for something to pin on DT... a big nothing burger.

Now Tucker has the 41,000 hours of video tape from the Jan. 6th protest... and already the media is panicing.
