Wierd pet habit's ?

My black cat is slowly loosing her eye sight, and has an intense disliking for visitors. If they make her feel uncomfortable in any way, or are in her favorite place to sleep/relax/play, she will attack with vengeance. She does this with people who she knows we don't like, and its so fun. One time she chased my spoiled, bratty cousin into a room and when he closed the door she just sat there and stared at it waiting for him to come out. Another time someone just said "I don't like cats." and she wouldn't stop staring at them from across the room.

My Tabby loves to play hide and seek with me. He will stalk me as I hide from him then attack with both claws and teeth. I'm the only in my family who is brave enough to play with him. Then there is my Chow who is a big old baby who likes to chase everything that is small and runs from him. He sleeps in my bed and keeps me awake some nights snoring. He also sits and watches TV if a Nature show involving wolves is on.

My cat, Akane, is just all over odd. It is one of the things that I love the most about her. She has very large blue eyes and puts her face right into yours. She loves to stretch out and lay on her back and sits in the bathroom sink and meows until you turn the warm water on. She loves to sit in pools of warm water but doesn't like the shower. Her personality is just so unique that even friends of mine who do not general like cats, love her.

My Quaker (avatar pic) gets very angry when I wear my hair in a pony tail or when hubby wears a dark shirt. She'll try to bite and then cackle at you... *we* don't think it's very funny... our egos don't like to be snapped out and then laughed at... and neither do our fingers!

Kydra... my bird does the same thing... hubby told me I better not post such a thing here... but since someone else already did, I'll tell on mine too. Funny thing is, when it first started happening we thought it was some new weird type of love she was givin and we didn't try to stop it... now we KNOW it was some weird type of love and we are having a hard time stopping it.

Does your pet do anything wacky or wierd ?

My dog likes to find fresh bird droppings on the lawn and roll around in them...GROSS. I don't know why she does this, she may need an analyist.

Anyone have a more bizzarre pet than i do ?

That's a very natural thing for dogs to do! Wolves and other wild canids roll in scat and carrion to bring the information to others in their packs. Two out of my three dogs will gleefully roll in anything disgusting they can get near and seem pretty proud of themselves when they do! It makes for a lot of baths round our place.

Wolflily I love your wolf avatar. I am a dog lover and wolf lover.

My girl dog yelps if you look at her the wrong way. She is just a really skitterish dog. Our other two are great and friendly, but the girl dog for some reason acts as if you've just whacked her if you make a sudden movement or try to pick her up suddenly.

We just think she's the strangest dog, but she's still very sweet and loves my daughter, whom she belongs to.

My dog gets scared at anything that moves. She is scared of shovels and vacumes mainly. She barks anytime someone sneezes. And she goes around to the neighbors dogs and takes their toys and chews them right where their invisible fence ends. It makes the dogs very jealous.

I used to have a rat that was so smart and friendly that I could let her run around my apartment unsupervised. If I went outside she followed me everywhere. The neighbors thought it was very strange. If she was in my apartment and somebody came to the door she would run to the door to see who it was, and if they had food she would climb right up their legs. Sometimes I couldn't get her away from me because she loved attention so much. When I scratched her ribs she would stretch out and lay down just like a cat.
