Ok, this is for all of you widowers out there that are raising small children. I for one, need a little help with some issues and I'm sure there are issues that you probably have also. I'm hoping some of these super precious ladies here can offer some advice. So guys, let's fire away with all the questions that "Mom" used to answer or do. I'll start with the following:

I have a 6 year old little girl who has her mothers long beautiful hair. Her mom used to put her hair up in different ways or styles every Sunday for church, but my fat fingers have real hard time with pony tail holders and I'm not very schooled on the different things you can do with a little girls hair. Any ideas where I can learn?

I don't know if this will help you or not, but they sell hairclips in a variety of sizes. All you would have to do would be to brush her hair back into a ponytail and clip the hairclip over it. Instant ponytail. Something else you might want to try, would be to talk to a hair stylist for ideas. I'm sure they would be more than happy to help you. I hope this helps.

I'm awful with hair, and I'm a woman! What I found that helped me are books. They have books in the book store that actually give you detailed instructions on how to braid ect. It really helped me when my daughters were too young to do it themselves. Good luck! :)
