This is really confusing me.I’m guessing this is leading up to some red herring: something along the lines of ‘well REAL compassion means trusting g them to manage without compassion’ or ‘too much compassion makes you weak’.

It’s either that of a legitimate inability to know what compassion is.

Maybe it is right. I doubt it because government shouldn’t tell businesses how much money they should pay employees for not working. But I’ve yet to hear what’s so wrong with these peoples lives collectively that they need compassion.
