Our Lord has no beginning and no ending, on Heaven or Earth. Where is the good in saying "in the year of the Lord"?
It beats resetting the calendar every time you get a new sovereign.

Best not try to quote Paul against Christ the Lord, who said that He is not the king of this world.
True, but He did say He had a kingdom:

“Jesus answered, "My kingdom is not of this world. If My kingdom were of this world, My servants would fight, so that I should not be delivered to the Jews; but now My kingdom is not from here."” (Joh 18:36 NKJV)

If He has a kingdom, then He is a King.

I am not concerned with apparent contradictions, or attempts to quote Paul against the Lord. I am concerned, with that which Christ the Lord has said, stating that His kingdom is not of this world.

Neither are his disciples.
Joh 17:14 I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world

You say that as though the Common Era terms aren't offensive to Christians.
Christian shouldn't be offended since all years are "years of Our Lord" even before Jesus was born. Of course Christian are still free to us A.D. since it is their Lord that they refer to. But for other religions it would not be appropriate.

That reference is a stretch. The term as it's used today has its origin among Jews who specifically wanted to deny that Jesus is the Christ, and that was overwhelmingly the predominant usage of the term prior to the 21st century.

They aren't neutral, they're a denial of Christ.
We've exchanged our point of views, and let's respectfully disagree :) but be blessed brother !

The physical nature of the Son, had a beginning.

The term refers to the year in which the Incarnation happened, not to the
eternal Word, who was with the Father....

Most people, now, use CE, for "Current Era", as it is out of popularity to
use a Christian term to refer to dating schemes.

A false term not in Christ, given that the calendar corruption is well known, and given that the Lord, the Word, is eternal.

One might wonder whether this focus upon the birth of Christ the Lord, as if He had a beginning, is one of the troubles of the churches. Interesting that it started centuries after the Resurrection!
